BUSINESS DESCRIPTION: Sagemind Solutions offers cost-effective Web hosting services. They enable businesses and individuals to establish an affordable presence on the Internet.
PROBLEMS: The company needed a full image/branding package, a web site they could use to sign-up new customer's, and an online, interactive, customer service center.
SOLUTIONS: The site was designed to give off a cool, technically proficient feeling without being too technical. Their primary customer base is male with some to no proficiency with computers.
- Designed a full image package, logo & marketing materials.
- Designed and developed a brand new web site.
- Facilitated customer service interaction through the SageDesk portal.
- Setup an online ordering system that tied into automatic new customer account generation.
