ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION: Lambda Pi Upsilon Sorority, Latinas Poderosas Unidas Inc. is a Latina-oriented organization. Established on November 6th of 1992 at the State University of New York at Geneseo, the six founding mothers had the dream of uniting and strengthening the oppressed woman. This is the result of their dream.
PROBLEMS: The organization needed a completely new look and a new way to maintaining its large amount of online data.
SOLUTIONS: The site was designed to give off a strong, stylish feeling upon first impact, just like their members. The inside of the side was designed to provide easy access to information within a classy container.

- Developed easy to use (point, copy, and click) tools for managing the sites content.
- Facilitated communication, reconnection and collaboration of members.
- Built in scalability so that more features can be easily added in the future.
TECHNOLOGY NOTES: This site uses:
- Active Server Pages (ASP) for all web pages.
- Microsoft Access as a content storage backend.
