A veteran consultant, Mr. Tyson received his M.B.A. from the University of
Buffalo. While designing and developing web-based solutions
for his first client, he was inspired to found WebTY's in 1993. With the
goal of enabling the success of his small business clients, his expanded
vision inspired the company to pioneer innovative ways of providing the
quality marketing, research, and publishing functionality once restricted
to old economy, blue-chip institutions. While helping small to medium size
operations transcend boundaries once considered penultimate, he has also taken
WebTY's beyond its own limitations and guided it to a growth
stage, now a national solution provider with 4 successful divisions.
An active believer in the benefits of community, Mr. Tyson is currently
involved in a mentorship program designed to give undergraduates in the
Western New York region a practical understanding of high technology and
team-based leadership.

With over 10 years of experience in technology and computing, Mr. Aharanwa
focuses on engineering cost effective technological solutions. Prior to
joining WebTY's, he managed the integration of technology initiatives for many of
the State University of New York's 64 campuses. As CTO at WebTY's, he has
envisioned the role of the CTO as a critical participant in the
formulation, negotiation, and implementation of business solutions.
Incorporating a flexible, growth-oriented approach, Mr. Aharanwa's
expertise ensures that clients are getting the most current, yet practical
solutions, while enabling future transitions to new technologies.

A graduate of Columbia University, Mr. Opler is a pioneer in the field of
cross-discipline modeling. Using non-linear and multilevel analysis, he
has been involved in quantitative research since 1991. A deep believer in
the clear and concise communication of results, Mr. Opler combines his
experience as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry with his
academic credentials.
